We believe that the key to providing positive outcomes for children in care is the ability to provide safe, stable and nurturing relationships. This approach has kept us at the forefront of providing family based care options for children and young people who were previously considered unsuitable for fostering programs.
Foster families go through a rigorous assessment and training process to ensure they are able to provide a suitable care environment. Each child and young person is then matched to an approved foster carer based on a range of criteria that aims to promote stability and long lasting relationships. All foster families receive ongoing support and training to maintain their capacity to care and assist them to meet the changing needs of each child or young person.
